Biography
2015 Outdoor: Competed in the 400 meter hurldes and 4x400 meter relay for the Chargers during the outdoor season...set a new school record in the 400 hurdles at the Sioux City Relays with a time of 56.01 seconds...broke that record later in the season to grab all-conference honors at the GPAC Championships with a time of 55.6 seconds, finishing seventh as well.
2015 Indoor: Participated in the 200 and 400 meter dashes and the 4x400 meter relay...was all-conference in the 4x400 as the team finished third in the event at the GPAC Championships with a time of 3:21.62...best finishes in the 200 and 400 both came at the Ward Haylett Invite with a ninth place finish in the 400 with a time of 54.14 and finished 11th in the 200 with a time of 23.71.
2014 Outdoor: Did not compete during the outdoor season.
2014 Indoor: Competed in the 4x400 meter relay during the indoor season…was part of an eighth place 4x4 relay team at the Ward Haylett Invite with a time of 3:41.50.
Personal: Son of Christopher Young Sr. and Tawana Young.
