Troy Worden is in his fourth year as an assistant coach with the Charger Wrestling Program.

Worden is a 2000 graduate of Briar Cliff University and a three-time national qualifier for the Charger Wrestling Program. Worden's coaching career began at West High School where he served as an assistant coach for three years. Worden also co-founded the youth wrestling program at West Middle School.
