Briar Cliff University

Mike Davis is currently in his second assistant coaching stint with the Cliff women’s basketball program after rejoining the program in 2008. His first coaching stint with the women’s basketball program was from 1992-96. He has coached basketball and club soccer.

Davis played basketball at Southwestern Community College and graduated in 1976. He transferred to Briar Cliff after graduation to continue his education and played basketball for Coach Ray Nacke. Davis graduated from the Cliff in 1978 with a bachelor’s degree in psychology.

Davis has three children; Lindsay (a graduate of Northern Iowa), Scott (a graduate of the University of Montana) and Molly (a graduate of the University of Florida).
