HS: Five-time letterwinner for the Crusaders of Bishop Heelan High School (three in basketball, two in baseball)... as a junior, named second team all-conference and all-city... as a senior, he was a first team all-district, all-city, all-conference, and a third team all-state... also a member of the honor roll.

Personal: Son of Kevin and Kathy Heaton... Business Major... favorite breakfast cereal is Cinnamon Toast Crunch... his earliest sports memory is dunking in a game and getting in trouble for it... likes eating at La Juanitas.
