Kelsie Colfack was named Head Athletic Trainer on September of 2023. She was named Assistant Athletic Director on January of 2024.
Since arriving at Briar Cliff, Colfack has worked directly with the Charger volleyball, soccer, basketball, softball, cross country and track and field teams to provide medical coverage at practice and home events along with designing and implementing rehabilitation and treatment plans. Colfack has served as a supervisor for the athletic training student employees, interns and practicum students. Â She served as the medical director in 2019 for the NAIA at the Women's Volleyball National Championship.

Prior to joining the Cliff, Colfack was a graduate assistant at the University of South Dakota where she earned a Master of Arts in Kinesiology and Sport Management. She worked with the women's soccer and football teams in her two years at USD. Colfack earned her Bachelor of Arts in Athletic Training from the University of Northern Iowa.

She holds a membership in the National Athletic Trainers' Association and has Athletic Training Licenses in Iowa, Nebraska and South Dakota.
