2018 Outdoor: Competed in seven events during the outdoor season...was All-GPAC and a national qualifier in the 4x100 relay, helping the team finish second at the GPAC Outdoor Championships with a time of 41.17...was third in the long jump at the USD Twilight with a leap of 6.20 meters...finished fourth in the 400 meter at the Wildcat Classic, clocking a 51.4...was All-GPAC in the 100 meter dash with a time of 10.97 to place fifth at the GPAC Outdoor Championship. 

2018 Indoor: Competed in four events for the Cliff...was top six in all events finished third in the 4x400 meter relay at the Chelsey M. Henkenius Open (3:26.58), fifth in the 400 meter at the Chelsey M. Henkenius Open (52.14) and fifth in the 200 meter at the Buena Vista Open (23.03) and was sixth in the 60 meter dash at the Buena Vista Open (7.25). 

2017 Outdoor: Competed in six events for the Blue and Gold…notched an eighth place finish in the 100 meters at the Dordt Invite with a time of 11.14…garnered All-GPAC honors in the 200 meters after finishing third at the GPAC Championships with a time of 22.16…posted three top eight finishes in the 200 meters during the season…created a third place finish in the 400 meters at the Dordt Last Chance Meet with a personal-best of 50.17 and also placed eighth in the event at the BVU Invite with a time of 50.98 meters…helped the 4x100 meter relay team to top finishes at the Dordt Last Chance Meet (43.39) and Red Raider Open (43.21)…was all-conference in the 4x100 relay after helping the squad to a fifth place finish at the GPAC Championships (42.40)…was also all-conference in the 4x400 by finishing fourth at the GPAC Championships (3:20.28)…helped the 4x400 team to an eighth place finish at the Dordt Invite (3:30.11)…was part of the 1600 sprint medley relay team that placed third at the Sioux City Relays (3:32.10).

2017 Indoor: Participated in five events for BC…earned all-conference honors in the 200 meters by finishing seventh at the GPAC Championships (23.09) and helping the 4x400 relay finish fourth at the GPAC Championships (3:28.51)…hit a personal best and finished seventh in the 55 meters at the Dordt Invite (6.73)…placed in the top eight on two occasions in the 60 meters during the regular season placing seventh at the Chelsey M. Henkenius Open (7.26) and eighth at the Dakota Wesleyan Invite (7.24)…finished in the top eight of the 200 meters four times during the regular season, placing second at the Dennis Young Invite (23.17), third at DWU (22.93), fourth at the Chelsey M. Henkenius Open (22.90 and eighth at the Dordt Invite (23.67)…finished sixth in the 400 at the Chelsey M. Henkenius Open (52.31)….helped the 4x400 relay team to regular season top eight performances on two occasions, finishing fourth at both DWU (3:27.45) and Dordt (3:33.49).

HS: 17-time letterwinner for the Blue Devils of Nishnabotna High School with five in baseball and four apiece in track, football and basketball. As a junior, Blank qualified for the Iowa State track meet in the 100, 200, 4x400 meter relay and the long jump and he placed seventh in both the 100 and 200.

Personal: Chad is the son of Tim and Chris Blank...kinesiology major.
