Game one – W, 10-5
Dakota Wesleyan jumped out to a 5-0 lead through two innings, capitalizing on early miscues and a three-run home run by Caleb Meyers in the second inning. The Tigers took advantage of Briar Cliff errors to build the early cushion.

The Cliff responded in the bottom of the second inning, erupting for five runs to tie the game. The Chargers used patience at the plate and timely hitting, highlighted by a two-RBI single from Cade Marquardt and an RBI knock from Grant Devecsery.

From there, both pitchers settled in. Briar Cliff's Brock Saya and Dakota Wesleyan's Caleb Meyers traded scoreless innings, with Saya limiting the Tigers to four hits while striking out seven over a complete-game effort.
