The 19
th ranked Charger women's basketball team rolled past the visiting Flames of College of Saint Mary 97-62 inside the Newman Flanagan Center Saturday afternoon. The Chargers shot 51.4% from the floor and knocked down 12 threes in the contest.

The Chargers took a commanding 35-15 lead after the first quarter after shooting 13-of-19 from the floor and five-for-10 from three.

Abby Lee led the Chargers with 29 points, connecting on 12-of-14 shots and going three-of-four from long range.
Kenna Mongan added 17 points on six-of-nine shooting and went two-of-two from three-point range.

Mallory Leerar provided a spark off the bench, finishing with 11 points on 4-of-10 shots, while
Mallie McNair scored nine and
Ella Reinoehl chipped in five.

The Chargers improved to 17-6 (11-6 GPAC) and will return to the Newman Flanagan Center this Wednesday, as they host the Northwestern Red Raiders. Tip-off is scheduled for 6 p.m.
