The Charger dance team has announced the signing of Ava downing to the 2025 recruiting class.
 
Downing, a native of Bronson, Iowa, prepped at local East High School in Sioux City Iowa. Downing was a Honor Roll student and was also a member of the Show Choir, Chamber Choir, Speech Club, and Theatre Club.
 
She is the daughter of Staci and Matthew Downing. She has one brother and one sister.
