th ranked Charger women's basketball team defeated the Mount Marty Lancers 93-70 in Yankton, South Dakota Saturday afternoon. Four Chargers scored in double-figures in the match up.

The Chargers led 20 heading into halftime after
Kennedy Benne knocked down a three in the final minute of the second quarter.

The Cliff knocked down 13 threes in the contest and shot 48% from the field as a team. The Chargers dominated the glass, out-rebounding the Lancers 30-17. The Charger defense forced 16 turnovers and recorded 10 steals.

Grace Flanagan chipped in 15 points and hit five three-pointers in the contest.
Adrianna Webster added 13 points and grabbed seven rebounds and recorded a team-high five steals. Benne added 13 points and grabbed five rebounds.

The Chargers improved to 23-3 (17-3 GPAC) and will return to host the Northwestern Red Raiders inside the Newman Flanagan Center next Wednesday. Tip-off is slated for 6 p.m.
