The Briar Cliff men's soccer team fell 3-2 to Cardinal Stritch Friday at Memorial Field.
 
A goal from each side in the first 15 minutes held through halftime and into the second half. Cardinal Stritch scored two goals within 10 minutes of each other to take a 3-1 lead with 15 minutes to play. Gabriel Moretto put the Chargers back within one goal with eight minutes on the clock but the Cliff could not complete the comeback. 
 
Briar Cliff outshot the Wolves 9-8 (7-5 SOG). 
 
BC's Leandro Fario make two saves in 90 minutes in goal. 
 
The Chargers will take the field again Saturday for a GPAC contest against Presentation. Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m.
