The Charger men's basketball team struggled against the visiting Dordt Defenders, falling 90-61 inside the Newman Flanagan Center Wednesday evening.

The Defenders opened the contest on a 20-9 run that led to a 49-31 first half lead. Dordt shot 61% in the first half.

Joshua Stevenson paced the Chargers with 15 points on seven-for-12 shooting while collecting five rebounds.
Wil Lugar chipped in 10 points and grabbed five rebounds.

Blake Sindelar added eight points, five rebounds, and one assist and eclipsed the 1,000-point milestone in the contest.

Dawson Mohr, and
Ryan Kleppe each added seven points.

The Chargers fall to 6-3 (3-1 GPAC) and will travel to Yankton, South Dakota to take on the Mount Marty Lancers. Tip-off is scheduled for 3:45 p.m.
